Welcome to our website. We are keen to hear your views on our proposals for a development containing high-quality homes and public communal space on land north of Trumps Green Road, Knowle Hill. 

Our proposals will include an attractive green site entrance, whilst thoughtful landscaping and improved planting will ensure it fits in well with the surrounding area and maximises ecological benefits.

The site is allocated for housing in the Runnymede 2030 Local Plan. We are now consulting on the proposed layout, design, access and green spaces. This is for an outline planning application, which will set the principle of the development - where the access should be and other technical factors. A later planning application will agree details of the proposals such as the design of the homes and we will be consulting local people again on this.
