Runnymede 2030 Local Plan

The Runnymede 2030 Local Plan sets out the key planning policies which determine the location, scale and timing of new development in the Borough for the period up to 2030.

The development site is located on land to the north of Trumps Green Road and is part of a wider 5.27ha site already allocated for housing in the Local Plan, as part of ‘Policy SL10: Housing Allocation at Virginia Water South’. 

The proposal outlined in this website by Danescroft will deliver the required new homes in a high quality development that will fit in with the local area and retain its green character. In addition, the proposals will have regard to other relevant planning policies contained within the Local Plan and guidance set out within the Council's relevant supplementary planning documents.
