The site will be accessed via a new priority junction from Trumps Green Road in the north-east corner of the site. This has been designed in accordance with local and national highway guidance. The new access will provide footways which connect the site to Trumps Green Road. It will be subject to an independent Road Safety Audit.
The proposed development will provide car parking in-line with Surrey County Council’s car parking guidance and will include provision for both residents and visitors. There will be electric vehicle charging provision for spaces across the site. In addition, all units will be provided with cycle parking spaces.
As part of the application, discussions will be held with local car club operators to assess the potential provision of a car club on-site. The car club will be for the use of both future and existing residents in the area.
